Hello guys (gals? .-.)
I was thinking after reading SY comment on how many people complain but offer no real solution to the problem. So I wanted to get some opinions on what could help improve NarutoBase. I know some of you like it the way it is but that's not the way I see it.
NarutoBase is going through a crisis as of late. Some members don't follow the rules and receive no infraction while those that do receive infractions, receive them for less severe crimes. Not to mention some discussions or debates are way too inappropriate for our younger viewers. The RP system too is broken IMO. There seems to be no real solid system that keeps everything in order and concise.
I will be the first to say that I am guilty of some of these crimes and as such I am ready to take my punishment as a man. I understand why a lot of why these things happen. People don't report so the behavior continues and it eventually builds up. Moderators have a lot of work to do on forums on top of whatever they have going on in real life. Sensei's are tired of teaching because they have done the same monotonous tasks redundantly for a long time. In some cases, for a couple years now. Instead the resort to sending you to their sempai who then sends you into a perpetual cycle of asking their sensei who then sends you back. I don't blame them. Some members want to be OP and think they can do whatever they want without even thinking about balance and strategy. Or like recently, don't get the idea that the RP section is for Role Playing meaning you have to stay within the boundaries of a character or idea. For shame. U_U
Anyways, we all have problems and we all have different ways to deal with them. But this is one big problem we should all work together to improve. The only thing that should be hard should be RP battle but that is for the very reason of being a challenge.
I want to ask this community, what are some ways you think we could improve Narutobase?
You are all entitled to your opinion but at least explain why you disagree. There is nothing worse than someone who has a problem but does not explain why it is a problem. Also please don't harass anyone or put down troll responses as they will be ignored. The reason for this thread is to figure out ways to improve Narutobase not only in the present but for the future as well.

My suggestions for improving Narutobase:
- Remove moderator-free chat in premium section or place some rules and/or restrictions.
- Update the sensei/sempai list
- If you don't want to train people or have time have a replacement ready.
*Like the ninja system. If you need a academy teacher you look at your jounin and/or chuunin and see who is up for the job. Kind of like having a mass chuunin exam for the whole base or some type of general battle training like a real shinobi village. I know something like this can be done. Like having a school where there is constant training of new people. Teaching them basic stuff. That way it lessens the work on the teachers and sempais by not training pure nubs( sorry if the word offends).
If I knew how to RP and train I wouldn't mind helping set it up or anything.
