How can Tobi use the Mangekyou Sharingan ?

he has had it all along friend! ive been telling people ever since i saw him warp that its an MS jutsu, I thought those that didnt believe me would be feeling stupid today but I guess you're going one step further huh?

Shisui and Kakashi also developed their through unknown means, perhaps a past event that occurred an emotional trigger would make it set a timer to activate. Also, perhaps your mangekyou activates when someone else steals your eye and develops it????

What I don't understand is that don't Mangekyou sharingan progress in pairs, Tobi unlocked MS many years ago before he fought Tobi, while Kakashi did it in the timeskip. If they are of the same pair, surely they should have progressed at the same time.

So that Kamui Tobi used was all the big shuriken attacked Naruto by coming out from Tobi's mask right ?

That's a different between his normal absorbing jutsu, now I get it.
