How can Sasuke use Fire style if he cant form tiger seal??

I. It's not impossible for you to use the seal with one hand, I can only assume you have to figure your way around molding chakra in the form of that seal.

II. It's not hard to believe that Sasuke can perform a C-Rank freakin Jutsu with like a single hand seal, or no hand seal at all. He's been able to mold Chidori without hand seals for a long ass time now. Mind you that's an A-Rank jutsu.
