how can sasuke reach naruto's level

i honestly think that naruto has gone out of sasuke's reach as it relates to skills..... i mean he got his strongest move already and he standing up to tobi and now madara.........
even if sasuke gets the rinnengan he still wouldnt reach naruto or madara or tobi (the 3 strongest ppl on the battlefield) and his EMS is dissapointing.....

i just feel that in his currant state he cant be of any help to naruto.........

so my question is how can he possibly get strong enough to help out in this war????????? (and im assuming that he is a good guy now)
