BTW danzou used mokuton? he didnt able to use it infact his body split up because of that.
Obito cant use mokuton even his half body consists of hashirama's cells because he dont know how to use it.

sasuke can use SM and has everything he needs now.

Yeah Madara can use Sage Mode, that's why he had to steal the Senjutsu chakra from Hashirama, rather then gather it on his own.

Manga disagrees with you madara had to absorb hashirama's senjutsu. he didn't gather it on his own

Sasuke has the capabilities just no knowledge. If Kabuto's healing involves senjutsu or even placing his own cells inside Sasuke then it runs the risk of activating those seemingly dormant cells.
Besides that we have already seen through Madara that SM can be transfered into a medium similar to the host

No senjutsu can be transferred through a medium into a host, and that achieves a temporary Sage Mode.

Have you forgotten that the Sage Mode that Madara stole appeared on his chest not on his face, and Sasuke has felt senjutsu before when he used the Cursed Seal yet he still needs Juugo's help to use it.

Sasuke got jealous twice and the first time it sent him running to Orochimaru for help, and he showed jealousy when he saw Naruto in BM.
