They actually need to hurry up and give her 2 tomoe because she has been stuck at 1 tomoe for years (both in universe and out of universe).

We only seen 2 Tomoe Sharingan user fight in Naruto, but we never seen a 1 Tomoe Sharingan fight. Sarada is the first time seeing a 1 Tomoe Sharingan user fight.

The question shouldn't be why Sarada can use Sharingan Genjutsu and Copying jutsu, but why Sasuke couldn't use Sharingan Genjutsu with 2 and 3 Tomoes, until Part 2.

Sasuke in part 1 saw Kakashi use Sharingan genjutsu and knows about Itachi Sharingan genjutsu, yet he never did it himself until part 2.

Sarada is a bigger prodigie.

Your precious naruto admitted he doesnt think sasuke is more analytical or mentally sharp than sakura or kakashi when they were inside susanoo. But he did admit he was inferior intelligence wise to sasuke sakura and kakashi.

Being a genjutsu type does not require you to cast it. She is capable, she just does not.

In your cannon movie (The Last) she is held as the most skilled in genjutsu, saving everyone else including Nardo from being put under genjutsu.

She is a beast in genjutsu barring ones backed by those with high visual prowess, seeing as she was put under genjutsu by a rinnengan.
