If something is blatantly stated in the manga how can it be denied?

Like the sarada thing.

If she had a dna test and hers match karin, How in the world can ppl still think sakura the mom?

or another time when ppl thought kurama being the strongest bijju was bluff even when it was stated in the manga

That and she could be a mix of all three parents. I also wouldn't put it past Karin to implant herself with Sasuke's DNA. Maybe Sakura was infertile or something and Karin was a surrogate. Sasuke doesn't seem like the type to cheat, even if he is an absent father.

Simply because information can change. Just because it's stated in one chapter that the characters know something, it can be revealed later that what they knew was wrong.

An example of this in the main story would be the uchiha tablet. We thought what was said on it was correct, but eventually was revealed that black zetsu had changed it.

There is a ridiculously large amount of information that could be added that could make Sarada not Karin's child, it's just that simple.

I'll explain that to you in a way that you yourself will answer your question. Let's start...

If I say the DNA sample was not Karin's, how can you prove me wrong?

It isn't manga fact. Kishimoto doesn't blatantly state anything in manga. Though what he did state in an interview was Sarada is Sasuke and Sakura's daughter, followed by her design details, like how a female Sasuke was scary so he added some of Sarada's features and gave her the glasses for an intellectual look.

people in the manga can lie, make mistakes or overexaduate. if all ridiculous manga facts where true, the war would have gone like this:Whoosh! Temari kills everything.
