I believe that Naruto uses Kurama hands to catch each of charging Juubi Jinchurki Obito's bijuudama kept by giant flower while still bumping fist with Minato so it allows Minato to teleport with Naruto and bijuudama out of barrier and then Minato will teleport Naruto along with himself back just second before explosion.

However anyway it is gonna to be hell lot of risky move/combination
