I think there is no significant difference between SM and KCM, but the latter is the permanent, greater version of the former. Cause the the former recognizes chakra (even more than SM in terms of realizing evil), multiplies speed a several times more than SM, and many other things. So I think combining SM and KCM is useless

In this case it would be the fused chakra of both Naruto and Kurama. We have seen it before so we know the power of that transformation. I believe that Bijuu Sage Mode + Yin Half of Kurama's chakra will be the trump card so that everyone can survive.

Just think of the power of all of Kurama's chakra being enhanced by 5x with Senjutsu Chakra. He would become super powerful and could possibly give Juubito a challenge.

Are you forgetting that Rikudo himself didn't have the Rinnegan or any of the God-Like powers that he gained after he became the Jinchuriki?? He used Fuinjutsu to defeat or actually subdue him because he coulnd't defeat him. Uzamakis have a jutsu to capture and control the power of the Juubi which is the exact same one that Naruto is using on Kurama.
