I got multiple theories for this
Naruto dies he meets the ancient sage wich gives him the rinnegan and makes him come alive again
Or someone close to him is killed and he gets the rinnegan from natural causes
Sasuke dies saying naruto will get his eyes and they automatically transform into rinnegan once he gets them
Or madara has a trick up his sleeve for it to happen

And no, I don't think Naruto needs Rinnegan. Nor will he get it. That'd be stupid. Unless we witness a massive Plot No Jutsu, I don't think there is any way Naruto could get the Rinnegan. All these theories about getting a Sharingan or what not, becoming Juubi Jinchuuriki are stupid.

but becoming the sage of the six paths is not so much stupid.
besides, if sasuke wants to preserve the village as the hokage of konoha
then naruto will have to do something else, aka sage of six paths on his journey for eternal peace, control and order

who knows like their was two child of prophecy ( naruto and nagato ) there can be two gods of creation ( sasuke and naruto)
I don't really see it happening. I can't see Naruto acting like a monk / priest and traveling from place to place to share his thoughts of peace. He's still that kind of idiot who eats ramen.
And besides, becoming the second Rikudou Sennin would be way too OP. From a kid ignore and hated by everyone to a God? Too much.
