How can Naruto dodge/counter Kirin?

Obviously Naruto isn't aware of Kirin and how it works. What I asked is when Sasuke performs this jutsu

It is said that Naruto in Nine-Tailes Fox mode is faster than Raikage at his full speed.. I think he can strike Sasuke even when he performs his jutsu.
Naruto is stronger than Sasuke in present...

Er no. Naruto's chakra tails can block the Juubi's tbb, i'm confident it can block Kirin.

He could start attacking/run away the moment the dragon appears.But the moment Sasuke lets his hand go down....game over.

actually he could dodge it, giving if he's got fast enough reflexes.

He could also destroy sasuke while he was in preparing it.

You see.. Sasuke would have actually know were Naruto is, and giving that he couldn't even keep up with Raikage, i doubt he could keep up with Naruto.

Sasuke also leaves himself wide open, which Naruto would easily exploit. He raising his arm, making him unable to block an attack.

nobody can dodge it unless they teleport , and i doubt even minato or obito have fast enough reactions

Naruto can already easily dodge lightning based attacks. If he wanted to counter with an attack he has FRS or the Bijuu Dama. Kurama's Bijuu Dama>4 Bijuu's Bijuu Dama>Kirin

It is so simple. Just rush to Sasuke before he brings his hands down and grab him. That way he could still dodge it by letting it hit Sasuke who isn't as fast as him. Sasuke wouldn't know what to do as his EMS is not capable of seeing when the lightning going up his @ss..!!!!!!!!!!!

The other thing you must take into account is that it requires prep time...If Naruto sees a random thunderstorm roll in and then lightning is present in the presence of his fight with a lightning using opponent...he isn't THAT stupid to figure out that something is comming.
