How can minato seal the nine tails in naruto with one hand?

Everyone keeps saying that minato will seal the other half of the nine tails in naruto but if i remember correctly, minatos arm has been blown off, so how can he do seals?

I like what Avinash012 said that anything is possible. But in my personal opinion. Minato can't transfer the biju into Naruto. He's an Edo so I think he will need Gara's help in order to do it. After all dead people can't do everything.

It remains to be seen, chakra arms cannot substitute for real hands, we never saw whether minato used one hand or two hands to use hakke fuin
We did however see that both hands arent necessary always for fuinjutsus,
