Minato splited Kyubi's into two dif beings both have thire own conscious and physical form,It is same as Sage splitng Juubi into 9 Bijju only dif is Yin and Yang stuf....!
In other words Minato created 2 Kyubi's from original Kyubi....!

No one knows what he meant (kurama). He could have meant that naruto was able to convince his other half just like minato convinced him. Or like some of you said that this kurama is surprised that naruto conviced his kurama but minato hasn't. No one knows what this context means until we get further notice.
