how can kurama be 2 places at a time

if minato wouldnt of died he and naruto would have kurama inside of them meaning

He is not in two places, his Chakra is sealed in two different places.

In response to your question, think about the Gin Kin bros. They both had Kurama's chakra, even though Kurama's in Naruto.
