How can Kakashi still see out of his sharingan eye?

kakashi used about 17 kamui until now and he has never suffered from his eye's sight
and as you mention sasuke after bee's fight (2 amatras ,1 tuskmiu)started suffering from his eye's sight when he dropped the cup of the water

Because Obito's MS doesn't cause blindness. Think about it; Obito doesn't have EMS, but he uses his power literally constantly. Clearly, there is something specific about his Sharingan that doesn't cause the usual blindness. I'm sure if Kakashi started using Amaterasu, he would start going blind.

may be because He didn't used it that many time's ,,untill now he did used it roughly 13 to 16 time's
& also he didn't used some strong techniques like Tsukinomi,Susano and amatarasu which make's the eye's blind easily,,,,,

In the anime we saw Kakashi himself say that if he uses Kamui one more time (when he kamui'd the rocket that was gonna kill choji) than he will exhaust all his chakra and stanima... and he did die.
