Everything points to him keeping at least one of his Sharingan. Obito wanting his eyes carved on Hokage mountain, Obito hyping Kakashi's moniker as Kakashi of the Sharingan, Obito saying he didn't want his eyes returned to him so soon after giving them to Kakashi, and the nomination as 6th Hokage . . . all of it would look stupid in retrospect if Kakashi were to lose it five minutes later. Raikiri being "reborn" also implies this as well, as it would be stupid to make that comment when it would "die" once again in five minutes.

Perhaps the second eye might disappear, but I'm doubtful "Sharingan-less" Kakashi will be Hokage.
