If I am right one of the agenda of Tobi is to revive the Jyuubi using all the tailed beasts(1-9). But Minato has Sealed the Yin half of Kurama within the Shinigami while Naruto only posses the yang half. So is it possible to rrevive without the complete chakra of Kurama?

it wasnt stated if that was a permanent tactic... most people think the nine tails got his chakra back over time

yes. He only needs a portion of a tailed beast in order to bring out the juubi. he only has a tiny portion of the Hachibi and Kyubi and yet he is currently attempting to summon Juubi

That point is null, because he is reviving it. Albeit an incomplete version.

Think of it as him needing a portion of their power and their souls.

Kurama didn't just lose half it's chakra. He lost his ying side which made it less powerful.

Did he lose his yin or yang half? I heard both so far.

There is a theory he got it back over time, because whenever a Bijuu dies, it's chakra comes back, hence the Bijuu comes back to life. I don't see a reason why it couldn't happen with just half of his chakra.

If it's the yang half, all the tailed beasts apparently gave him their yang chakra (I think), so they do have yang chakra now? :)

^^this.. killerbee admits that kurama is very strong, and i don't think he is stronger than hachibi with just half chakra, and with a little portion of all TB chakra, Tobi could revive the jubii

It was the ying half that was sealed. If both were sealed Kurama wouldn't be alive xd.

The ying half is sealed away permanently. Naruto only has the yang(physical) half. That's why when Naruto first entered into Kyuubi Chakra Mode Yamato's trees were reacting to the yang half of Kurama's chakra.

tobi has 1-7 complete, tobi as 7/8 of the original chakra of bee full tailed beast form from bee's risky clone jutsu to escape sasuke amerterasu.

tobi has two six tails yin and yang chakra's from the kin gin bros so he has enough to revive the ten tails

I didn't mean I heard both were sealed, I meant I heard people say the yang is sealed, and then I heard some people said that the ying is sealed.

Oh. Then my yang theory from the Tailed Beasts doesn't make sense then. xd
