well so lets begin:
in chapter 611 we saw kurama gathering up some chackra just like naruto does when he enter sage mod... from that we can understand that bijues can gather chackra from nature (or made from it?) ( without that ability its will take a biju weeks or mounth to get all his chackra back, it took him a while to get back half of his chackra that has been sealed in kushina).
in the chapter when we first see the biju full form kurama stated that jubi is made of nature chackra only!!! and that he have no feelings and emotion... from that i realise that the jubi can also gather nature chackra...
i belive that in order to get him self into full state the biju use his ability to gather chackra from nature...
i also belive accroding to chapter 610
"why didnt he did that from the begining?" you ask. well the answear is simple:
A. obito didnt have edo madara with him, evan with the fact the uchiha have large chackra amount its not enough to brinng the jubi into his full state
B. he simply wanted to try to save time and efford by catching naruto and bee (which he failed since kakashi and guy arrived)
edit: they give him chackra because they both have senju chackra as well in them? idk lol but i think they give him chackra...
so that my thoughts ... do you agree?
