First of all, I want to make my position clear: I'm not an Itachi fanboy. However, when I review the shots from him, I really doubt that someone can defeat him 1v1.

possibly Puppet jutsu, where Itachi can't find the body to place the genjutsu. he can make a mistake like the one girl thought Konkuru's puppet was kunkoru and she placed the genjutsu on the puppet while kunkoro attacked her.

possibly TBB, though we are in the narutoverse and Kishi did saw the yata mirror was unbreakable but the rest of the susanno isn't.
