How can it be explained technically?

When tobi uses kamui to dodge incoming attacks, does not his body lose its coherent mechanisms? I mean how can a man live when his heart is beating in another dimension and his brain and other organs in the dimension we know?I know it is an anime and a fiction but there are some physical rules made by creators of these fictions and all rules are coherent and must be coherent.
-Any possible explanation logical according to narutoverse rules can be acceptable-

Yeah that's what i thought, then Tobi turned out to be Obito. Obito shouldn't have any bodily functions after getting crushed like that.

from what i understand he is existent in both worlds, and he is only tangible in one. With kamui he could switch that. so he doesnt teleport a specific area, he changes tangeability as a whole, remember he cant touch anyone when he is untangible

There may be another obito-tobi in another dimension but still one's brain and same one's heart are at the different dimensions

i think you didnt understand me. he exists in both worlds. in one he is tangible (real world), and in the other he is intangible (alternate world). With kamui he switches the tangeability.
so in the real world he is just a projection, he is intangible, and in the alternate world he is completely real and all his bodily functions are normal. Its like if he is switching places with a substitute that cannot be touched.

Kakashis kamui teleports stuff to the alternate world. so when he teleported the kunai as naruto was phasing through him, he just sent it to the world tobi is tangible in, the alternate world, because naruto was punching the "substitute" and the real tobi, the tangible one, was in the alt world. so the kunai, now in the alt world, hit the real tobi, and the substitute suffered the same scratch on his mask, for he is an intangible projection.

PS: when i say world i mean dimension.

When kakashi is analyzing, he is thinking some parts of obito are here and others are in other dimension. I checked the last part of manga and there is an entire obito at other dimension. you may be right there are entire bodies of obito at both dimesions a good explanation
