how can i submit my profile into a contest? i would like to be in one.

I think that the profile contest is over.
But you join the Group belonging to the competition and they will go online and check your profile themselves. You don't need to upload it or anything like that

then u can join the group

I'm not too sure, but when they announce another competition they will give a link to the group or give the name of the group which you have to join

Umm i think you need dont need a program you Just search for the Background Make a Album upload the Background Picture copy the Link and posted in the Customizing Porfile Background Pic and Add Colors and Stuff to it
