How can I pre order a game from japan(smash bros3ds)

I'm currently Trying to pre order super smash bros 3ds from Japan since the release is in 20 days I can't seem to find a website that can help me pre order it if anyone knows a website I can order/pre order japanese games or smash bros can somebody let me know or send me a link? Thank you go.

Yes , and I think you need to get a 3ds from japan as well. Due to the US and Japan 3ds are region locked
