How can I make an Elite Sasuke fans' club and appoint myself the leader?

I want to make a fan club for the most elite Sasuke fans and then appoint myself as the leader, but I would like to know how its done?

Go to your profile. Click Join Social Groups. And then click create a new group. But there might already be a Sasuke Fan club so make sure you search groups first.

2: There are many people who have a bigger right to that place than you do.
3: Already is a Sasuke fan club and as you have little knowledge of Sasuke and his clan,you don't qualify as Elite.
