[Question] How can I get status like Genin, chuunin, jounin,...

In the beginning I was an academy student and now a member, but I see under the picture of everyone, Genin, chuunin, Jounin, or something else.
How can I get a grade?
Can someone tell me please?

get 200 post and u get chuunin
get 550 post and you get special jonin
get 1500 post and you get jonin
ect... im not sure if these are exactly right however its pretty much the gist :|
