For Jounin you need 1050, i know its a lot U_U

You won't get into that Akatsuki (that's the RP one displayed above Avatar). If you want that Akatsuki bar, go to UserCP, then "edit your details" found to the left. Scroll down to the "Additional Information" Section and look for Additional Bar. Click and select Akatsuki.
