[Question] How can I change it back???

I've been a member for over a year now. I don't post but I love to vote on the latest chapter. A few months ago I read a new chapter and did as I usually do and went to the discussion page about it. It said I couldn't vote. I don't understand why I was able to vote all along before and then all of a sudden it's not allowing me. I've looked around trying to figure out how to do it on my own but I must be missing something. Can someone help me and explain to me how I can get that feature back? naruto base sometimes crashes.. depending on your internet connection and position.. try again and again to vote.. you should be able to vote.. if not send a message to the ones in charge.. sorry that;s the only thing i could think of.. hope it helps..
