How can anyone say that Orochimaru is still planning something evil?

Hopefully the Juubi reaches it's final form and begins destroying the world.I would'nt mind another timeskip where they showed the Naruto world in ruin and the characters are trying to stop the Juubi.

Orochimaru is a bad guy, Nagato and other characters that have been TNJ all have redeemable qualities. Orochimaru has zero redeemable qualities, he killed babies and smiled about it.

However I don't think he will be the final villain but I think he will betray everyone eventually.
