It's exactly as it sounds.
How can a Permanent Blindness-Causing Jutsu be learned if preforming makes you blind?
I've been wondering this since I first understood the Izanagi. Below is are a few examples of various jutsu, that, when preformed, will cause permanent ill effects for the user.
Fuinjutsu: Death Reaper Seal - A Seal that when used, allows the user to seal objects, animals, people, tailed-beast, exc., inside the belly of the death god.
Effect: The user will die as a result of their soul being taken along with whatever and/or whomever they sealed as well.
Question:How can you learn this FORBBIDEN SEALING TECHNIQUE (which normally involves practice to ensure you are preforming it correctly and precisely), if you will die upon using it 1 time?
Kinjutsu: Izanagi - Genjutsu that makes the user Ethereal, able to avoid all attacks of all kinds for the duration of the technique. While active, killing the user will cause the user to disappear, as if they are an illusion.
Effect:Using it causes the user to gradually go permanently blind in eye of which it was activated with.
Question: How can you learn this FORBBIDEN TECHNIQUE (which normally involves practice to ensure you are preforming it correctly and precisely), if using it even 1 time will cause you to go blind in the corresponding eye?
Kinjutsu: Izanami - Genjutsu that traps target in a realistic infinite time loop.
Effect: Using it causes the user to go permanently blind in the eye of which it was activated with.
Question: How can you learn this FORBBIDEN TECHNIQUE (which normally involves practice to ensure you are preforming it correctly and precisely), if using it even 1 time will cause you to go blind in the corresponding eye?

Jutsu:Twin Snakes Mutual Death Technique
Effect: Kills both the User and the Target (It's a Murder-Suicide Technique).
Kinjutsu: Space–Time Technique Formula: Underworld Turnover
Effects: Traps the Souls of both the User and the Target are seperated from their bodies and confined inside of a special barrier. If their chakra flow of their body stops, the corresponding person dies.
Kinjutsu: Living Corpse Reincarnation
Effects: Switches bodies with a living target. The body needs to be replaced within 3 years or user dies.
I'd love to hear some Interesting feedback from the community, especially if they are able to answer the questions and/or provide a reasonable explanation.
