The only ones that are bigger are the fat ones. But we've mostly only seen the small ones in the air, and the dots of the small ones were drawn bigger than jiraiya who is practically the same height as them.

That clone is 1 out of a hundred smaller ones.

Like I said, that panel showed mostly smaller ones and a few big ones. The clone she punched was half her height added to it....not big enough of a difference to make the impact bigger than Gamabunta
