I'm just throwing a stone here, but I think the next chapter will be with Orochimaru and Sasuke. I believe that Sasuke will find out whatever answers he seeks and also a hint towards Tobi's identity. Then chapter 599, we'll find out who Tobi is.

I still think it 600 nothing else seems to be so marjor at the moment than Tobis ID. Unless Madara appears on Narutos battlefield that would be second 600 major imo.

I don't think Kishi will do one chapter on Sasuke and then return to Tobi, he always does a lot of chapters on one scenario and then does a lot on another.
