How big is Sasuke's Susano'o? I have seen scans which looks smaller than Naruto's Kyuubi cloak and I saw some that was the same size if not bigger. Also follow up question can Sasuke make his Susano'o into different sizes?

The answer to your follow up question is probably the answer to your first question; He can probably alter the size of Susano'o to whatever he wishes, plus, we have to take into account that your scans are the first of legged Susano'o.

We can't forget how bad Kishi is with scaling either.

Sasuke's version of Susano'o is about same level as Naruto's Kurama without tails (tails make Kurama really big). And Madara's version of Susano'o was about same level as Sasuke's.
