How strong would Rikudo Madara's full powered Chibaku Tensei be?

Take note that it wasn't full powered and yet it's Country Level. It was actually very casual for him. He did them with barely no effort, he called them Raindrops and those were only meant to serve as a distraction. So it gets me thinking of what his Chibaku Tensei would be like if he put all his power into it.

All I can say it definitely would be Continent Level+ for all we know it could be way above Continent Level.
