Chidori was chakra taxing to that level of chakra reserves .doesn't make it a chakra taxing to anybody .when war arc kakashi can use raikier multiple times along with multiple usages of MS then that doesn't make it a chakra taxing anymore when talking about that level of chakra reserves .
The same applies to amatrasu .

A and S rank techs usually are chakra taxing for the average shinobi. Kakashi chakra in the war arc was just asspull mostly so I wont be able to discuss such an inconsistent portrayl. However we can't also say a tech is chakra taxing without considering how much stamina those techs would take out of an average shinobi and you also have to take into acc perfect CC.

That is what I said ,chidori was chakra taxing for average/below average shinobi but it isn't for above average shinobi ,I can see hashirama using chidori the whole year Lol
These techs(haku summon,chidori,summoning shurkins,preta path,amatrasu,...etc) can't be considered as a relevant chakra feat here.

He used PS about 4 times after gaining the Rinnegan and the CT that he created wasnt that big .

How many times do you think sasuke can open a portal to kaguya dimensions before running out of chakra like in gaiden ?

The best and the most accurate way to calculate sasuke's chakra is through the number of portals he can open to kaguya's dimensions before most of his chakra runs out ,and as I explained before ,Adult Sasuke can open 2 portals at min and 6 at max ,if we added sasuke's chakra feats in the war arc to this calculations ,and assumed sasuke did opened 6 portals (the Max ),then that means someone with the chakra reserve needed to open 6 portal to kaguya's dimensions can have sasuke's war arc chakra feats or a little more considering that Adult sasuke's chakra is bigger than that of war arc .
