How bad is Kakashi's chakra pool?

Naruto chakra pool is way larger than Kakashi though XD Once you use the shadow clone you waste 1/2 of your chakra that's all there to it. You don't get the chakra back.

You do. When one creates a KB, some chakra is used in creating the KB and the chakra that is left is split in half and half is given to the clone. When the clone is dispersed what ever chakra it has left is returned to the original. This is why naruto was able to use KB to gather natural energy using clones and then have the clones disperse sending said gathered energy back to him.

One never gets the same amount of chakra they expended back. This is because some chakra is used to create the bunshin and the clone itself uses some of the chakra given to it.

That's just how Kage Bunshins function, they divide the users chakra.

Yeahhh, beat me to it. Regular KB remaining chakra and experiences go back to the user whereas a raikagebumshin would be used up in an attempt to electrocute the enemy like he did with Obito. Kinda like a disguised, elemental infused chakra bomb.

Yeah, he could have. Shuradō was temporarily incapacitated and Tendō was on his five second cooldown. The real Kakashi had raikiri ready, and could have killed Tendō. From there on Shuradō would have been child's play.
