You need sleep to be able to meet your full potential during the day. :|

xd Seriously though, I think the video makes "success" seem like something unattainable without your complete undivided attention. I call BS. I prefer to not only be successful, but also enjoy the finer things in life. I feel like this guy is "all work and no play".

Yes they do, and I disagree with that too! But I can see where they come from. I'm a teenager, and need to sleep, otherwise I'll do bad at college and won't get the grades for uni... What they mean I think it to manage your time well. There are many people, adults, that sleep a lot, do nothing and that. The sleep thing is that you stay awake working hard to achieve your goals. But I don't recommend giving up in sleep, as you'd get an older face faster and may cause some health problems!

Lol one day, there will be point in your life, that you may have goals where you'll need to put a lot effort in to achieve it
