If Sakura was better, she would be the one who makes Hashirama's arm for Naruto not Tsunade. She clearly has a lot to learn.

This authors intent still doesn't make sense though. If we go by seeing at what age Hashirama died. We can see he died in his mid 30s. Meaning Tsunade was not that much older at that time yet. How are we supposed to ignore such a loop hole and claim Hashirama compared Sakura to Tsunade in her prime? Seriously use your brain mister!

But hey, It looks way less possible the she used Souzo Saisei, when it's fact that the seal shaped the same way Tsunade's did when she was using it, when Madara confirmed she was using the same technique as her master, when there is no evidence whatsoever that the wound was treated by Naruto or using basic medical ninjutsu...

Sakura had the same chakra control and talent as Tsunade, and before long it blossomed. (So I guess her chakra control is >= to Tsunade’s now lol).
Sakura’s talent allowed her to inherit Tsunade’s Kinjutsu (Byakugo, i’m assuming).

The fox's chakra isn't venomous, have you forgotten that naruto is able to alter the chakra to match the recipient's own chakra? Kakashi and guy were bathed in the direct chakra of the kyuubi while naruto was fighting the bijuu yet nothing happend to them. Stop using old scans of when the kyuubi was anti everyone Lol
Sakura had ample time to recognize what was happening to shikamru, she was helpless admit it. Sakura has been training for 3 years that's more than enough time for her to recognize something as simple as chakra exhaustion. Like I said she isn't a fool
His chakra was sucked from the god tree, do you know what happened to others who weren't saved in time? They were turned to dust, sucked up from the inside-out. This means that shikamaru not only got thinner signifying muscle and fat loss, but might have even had organ destruction since victims of the god tree seemed to be drained from the inside first.
This further suggests that tsunade healed him not just merely restoring his chakra, something both naruto and sakura could've done

sakura has the justsu there's no arguing in that,she can also regenerate obviously since she has sozo saisei but in that one panel that she got attacked by madara she didn't that what I'm basically trying to say,I'm not denying the fact that she can regenerate.
and btw there's no proof that it was particularly talking about the panel In which sakura got attacked by madara
