How are the Juubi clones still active?

I thought that when the Juubi was absorbed, so would be the clones, but they are still there? I'm just wondering how they are still active?

They dont seem like clones. just an extention of the being itself. as long as the being is alive the others seem to still have life aswell

maybe because the juubi is the one in control of obito's body,so it was able to maintain its creations.
