How are anime/comic book conventions?

I've never been to one, and I've always wanted to go. I was wondering if you've been and how your experience was with them.

Also I'd like to know how video game conventions are.

FUN!. lots of free stuff plus interviews with your favorite voice actors. i met the guy who plays edward elric. i saw the FMA movie like a year before it came out. you get lots of news on upcomming anime, and lots of free stuff. did i say that already

Ah I remember getting an autograph from vic micsomething(English voice actor for Edward Elric)

Hey I'm 30 and I still go to them. lol I'm meeting the voice actor for Orochimaru in August. I met Naruto's VA last year, and I've met Sakura's, Sasuke's, Itachi's and Iruka's too. And Vic (Edward Elric) was kid Obito and Nagato.

WHAT 0.0 thats awesome. lol i gotta start watching the english dub now haha i love his voice acting. the only reason i dont watch anime in english is because sometimes actors have a hard time getting the feeling into the character, but Vic is amazing i can only imagine how good he did obito, thats one of my favorite characters

He's actually a friend too. We see each other yearly (seeing him in August again at Fan Expo Canada). He really impressed me as Nagato. It's very different from his other voices.
