How and When will Kishi establish the main villain?

Even though Obito's gained control over the Juubi, There's still quite a few mysteries about Madara that we don't know yet and Kishi is building up to this 'trump card' that he has that would gain him control over Obito (even though I would hate that) But lets see the things that we have to learn from both villains:

Obito:
-Reasons for controlling the Mizukage
-Reasons for Uchiha Massacre
-Reasons for Nine-Tails attack
-Establishing the Akatsuki

Madara:
-How he survived
-Secrets of his 'body'
-Creation of Zetsu
-How he obtained Hashirama's DNA
-How he found Obito and whether he really did just 'phase' through the rock

Both villains have their own rights to be the final villain. Madara as he was the one that created Tsuki no me in the first place and found Obito that day. But also Obito since he's actually a dark version of Naruto and has many connections to the majority of this generation.

So how and when will Kishi show who the final villain is? Who do you think it is? Because as long as they're on the battlefield, Obito and Madara are most likely not going to be fine with the others presence.

Well as Hashirama and Madara made peace after being enemies then became enemies again for the village I feel Sasuke will mirror this and will fight Naruto over the title of Hokage (History repeating it's self kinda thing) So yea Sasuke will be the final bad guy after both becoming super strong to beat Obito and Madara.

HOWEVER, when he stated this, Tobi was still masquerading as Madara, so it is debatable on whether he really meant that Madara would not be the final villain (meaning obito would be, although we believed tobi was madara at the time) or if he meant that "Madara" (tobi at the time) would not be the final villain.

It was never said that the "trump card" would allow Madara to somehow control Obito. All we know is that he thinks it might turn the tables in his favor (well, that's what a "trump card" is supposed to do anway).

I don't think the aspects you mentioned for both of them are that relevant. The only one being possibly how Madara survuved after his defeat by Hashirama. The other things have been explained, implied, or aren't important in the grand picture anyway.

-Establishing the Akatsuki - as per madaras plan to collect the bijjus
