How am I getting Rep?!?!

Alright, so earlier I got a rep of +1 and it went to 30 points, and then I got on again just now and It was 36 Rep points and I didn't have a Rep comment. So can anybody tell me what's going on? :|

Yes. But you receive less points than what you would normally receive from a plus rep.

it means people agree with what you said , or like your comment , or think it was funny , they can leave a commnet if they want or they can just rep you ... also they can neg rep you ....
