TBH he stands a shot against guy. He can arguably win that one without intel since gai doesn't seem to have moves to dismember someone as far as i can tell.

Tsunade - katsuya can disolve him
hiruzen - Enma can most likely break some limbs off. IF not, hiruzen does have a load of forbidden jutsus. One might get the job done.
Kisame - Don't know how hidan is even touching kisame, let alone beating him.. Kisame will just cut his arms/legs off. Thats a win considering he won't be fit to fight anymore.

Anyway, the guy is a hidan fanboy.
