A girl approaches from the left, her right hand locked tightly around a block of silver, the object glistens under the sunlight. As she enters the shadows beneath the trees, the lighter flicks open, creating its own light, the flame gives new life to the glimmering mirrors of the block and gives warmth, both physically and mentally to the area. As she speaks her eyes remain locked firmly on the flickering flame in her hand.
"Beautiful... is it not? One can wonder how something so small can bring forth feelings so strong... and in so many varieties... A different meaning to each person. So tell me... What do you see? What do you feel?"
She throws the lighter through the air under the assumption the man will catch it. Flicking her flowing dress out she drops to her knees with the utmost elegance, her palms lay against the earth, fingers brushing the grass. Her eyes lock on him as she awaits a response.

Asuma then notices a beautiful woman approaching towards him. He then gets up, flicks his cigarette away and looks astonishingly towards the lighter.
*What kind of light is that? This beauty! Even nine lives aren't enough to comprehend it's beauty!*
as Asuma thinks to himself, with a smile on his face. He then snaps out of his thoughts and catches the lighter and then notices the woman kneeling on the ground feeling the grass.

The girl, already looking at her student and has her ever-present smile met with one almost as warming, the happy face staring back at her only works to enhance her own smile and subsequently brightens her eyes as well. Through the soft blue gaze she returns her view to the lighter and speaks.
"Welcome, it is a pleasure to see another smiling face in this war torn world. May our smiles only grow over the next few weeks. Please, concentrate on the flame, describe to me how it makes you feel both inside and out. Don't hold back, one should not look to hide their feelings."

Seeing his senpai smile, makes Asuma feel good. *I'm gonna enjoy training*, as he smiles with his eyes closed.

Asuma then concentrates at the flame, which causes a feeling of nostalgia to rush through his veins. His bright childhood memories, one of those with his Team Mates and parents come back to him. Asuma remembers that similar feeling, that feeling of deja vu. Whenever he saw a flame, was it even a small fire, he would feel nostalgic. Asuma closes his eyes and lets the emotions pour through him, as he lets them completely immerse through his heart. He then experiences a feeling of sadness as he winds back to the present. He then opens his eyes and says, "The flame, to me, represents the heat that burns in life, transforming our every moment with it's intensity. As I stand back and admire the beautiful flickering flame, I can see the change that occurs and the beauty revealed as it slowly burns off when there is no oxygen. It also represents hope, destruction of darkness and bringer of light."

As the man speaks, Belle (seemingly unable to do do anything else) sits motionless and with a beaming smile on her face. She listens intently to her student, taking in with the utmost respect every word that leaves his lips. Her eyes are focused solely on him, the gaze so strong that most would feel it was uneasy, yet the girl pulls it off with an unrivalled charm, from her all one can feel is calm and freedom. Her calm blue eyes go a long way to settling any student fortunate enough to receive her teachings.
As the mans explanation of what he feels from fire comes to a close, Belle rises swiftly, with a single movement, ending up on her feet. She twirls, seemingly needlessly before tilting her head slightly to the right, a motion that coupled with a flutter of her eyelashes oozes utmost innocence. With two steps, her shoulders remaining at a single level as she moves, Belle ends up beside her student. She locks her arm around his, like a girl being led into a dance by her male partner, before gesturing for him to lead their way.

As his senpai's gaze is solely focused on him, Asuma thinks to himself, that he was indeed lucky that his senpai was listening to his explanation with utmost interest. With a bright twinkle in his eyes, Asuma looks happily at his senpai and notices her approaching him.
He then places his hands in his pocket and looks at his senpai, his gaze still fixated over her, trying to comprehend the infinite beauty and innocence of her face. He had never seen someone with such innocence on their face, an innocence which melted his heart. Her face had the warmth and light of the everglowing sun.He though to himself that she was truly a master of Katon, that she had perfected it with utmost brilliance that it was showing on her face and reflecting a beautiful aura around her.
As she approaches him and locks her arm around his, Asuma feels a bit shy and his face turns red. But, being the confident and badass guy he was, he controls his expression and it changes to that of a calm, radiant one. As his senpai gestures him to lead the way, Asuma starts walking along with her.
As his senpai finishes speaking, Asuma says, "Thank you senpai. It was you who helped me go deep in describing fire. Indeed. I do feel it will be very interesting for both of us, because never has one helped me find my inner side. Never could I describe things in such a beautiful manner until you came. It's all thanks to you!

Fire is the rapid oxidation of a material in the process or combustion, basically releasing heat and light. It needs oxygen, a high temperature, and fuel to burn.
Fire Release is one of the basic elemental nature transformations. It is performed by moulding chakra heated upto intense levels inside the stomach before releasing it via the lungs and mouth.In terms of raw potential, its considered the least versatile element as it excels in offensive capabilities, lacks in supplementary usage and is ill-suited to use as a defensive element. Despite this, Katon is the most ferocious element to contend with due to its sheer raw power. The heat of the element makes it capable of reducing earthen structures to molten mud, the parasitic nature of it means it preys on the oxygen within wind-based attacks to supplement the flames and even against its elemental superior, large-scale Katon techniques are capable of reducing large bodies of water to scorching mist of dense steam. The Katon element has little usage outside of destruction, to a certain degree its the hardest elemental nature to tame due to its uncontrollable nature.
Commonly associated with the Tiger hand seal, Fire Release consists of mid to long-ranged offensive techniques that cause combustive and explosive damage.The chakra nature is common among shinobi of Konohagakure in the Land of Fire, notably with the Sarutobi clan and Uchiha clan, the latter having been noted to hold a natural affinity for it. The Uchiha clan uses the technique, 'Katon:Gokyakuu No Jutsu' as a "coming of age" rite.

By the end of his explanation, the pair have slowed to a complete stop, her owl-like blue eyes are large and locked onto his. Her mouth hangs open in shock and after a delayed moment, she blinks and begins to talk
"Wow, sorry, you caught me off guard their... That was wonderful, it is clear you have done your research... Something that I greatly appreciate."
Letting go of his arm, she floats off through the shadows, ducking between an archway between two low hanging tree branches, on the other side of the arch is a fast flowing river, to the side of which, she sits. Waiting until she knows her student has joined her by the river Belle merely smiles into her reflection. Once she has in fact been joined by the man, she pulls a small piece of paper from her pocket... Chakra paper. Holding out to her side, she waves it, insinuating that he take it.
"Water is, in many ways, the elemental opposite of fire. In all ways, the elements are different. So it is only natural that we do this next test with water nearby."
She cups her hands in demonstration.
"Cup the paper between your palms, as if you were saving the life of a trapped butterfly. Then think of everything you know about fire, how it moves, its properties as well as how it makes you feel, push all of that feeling into your chakra... This should form chakra with fire element, then release that chakra through your hands... The paper, if you do it right, should turn to ash. Once you've done that, get in the river, and do it again with a new piece of paper... I'll give you a second piece once the first is destroyed."
Her eyes never leave the flowing waters as she speaks, she is lost in her own world.

As they come to a halt, Asuma looks into her eyes, her eyes locked into his. As, she praises him for having a good knowledge on Katon, he smiles, and she lets go off his arm. He notices her ducking below the archway, as she moves gently toward the river, which is on the other side of the archway. The wind turns colder and as it hits his face, he spreads his arms wide and embraces it, completely immersed in it. After he snaps out of it, he slowly proceeds walking toward her. She hands him a chakra paper, as he recognizes it from back the academy.
He then cups the paper between his palms, gently holding it, but not too gentle as to let it fly away with the wind. He closes his eyes and calms himself down. He goes into deep thought about fire, thinking about it's properties. *Hot, destructive, brilliant, magnificent*. He slowly feels chakra flowing through his body, a feeling which one can't describe. He slowly channels that chakra into the paper, but, nothing happens, as he loses his focus. He repeats the process again, this time, completely being devoid of thought, other than the chakra channeling, and slowly the paper turns into dust!
*I did it! * , as he excitedly remarks!
He then proceeds toward the river and goes inside it.
*I'm ready for the new paper, Sensei! *

Opening her left hand gently she awaits delivery of the ash, with her right hand, she hands him a second piece of chakra paper. After collection and delivery she gestures to the river, secretly she channels wind chakra into the river making it near ice cold in an attempt to create an environment completely contrasting to fire itself.
"Remember what you just accomplished, and simply do it again."
As he steps into the water, she begins to manipulate the water around him, making it move quickly and twirl around his body parts, the test should not be easy.

He looks at his Senpai, who's standing there with the utmost innocence in her eyes, as he gently picks up the second paper from her hands. He enters the river once more and holds the chakra paper between his hands. Slowly, he feels the river turning ice cold, as with a slight smile on his face, discovers what had happened. He then, proceeds to close his eyes and builds up chakra in his body. He slowly builds it up in his body, as he feels the liveliness and excitement of the chakra trying to break through the 361 points of his body. He becomes completely one with nature as he doesn't feel any distraction affecting him. Thinking about the properties of Fire once more, he slowly manipulates his chakra into that of Katon chakra, as he feels the warmth of the chakra in the ice cold lake. He channels his chakra towards his hands, wherein he releases it towards the chakra paper. Nothing seems to happen, as Asuma tries once more. This time, he stands still and doesn't let the coldness of the lake disturb him. Channeling his chakra again, he deeply focuses on it, as it rushes through his hands into the paper and finally, the paper turns into ash!
"I've done it, tho it was hard"
, he remarks, as he comes out of the lake.

From the shore, Belle applauds generously as her student emerges from the chilled river. With a mere snap of her fingers she summons a towel, the cloud of smoke it arrives with makes it seem far more extravagant than it actually is... but it is how it is. She quickly rushes to his side and throws the towel around his shoulders, gently rubbing his shoulders to soak up the cold water before the fire chakra leaves his body and allows him to feel the cold once again.
"I am deeply sorry I had to put you through that, it is a necessary step in our training though. I would skip it if I could. I promise the next steps will be far more comforting for us both."
Once content that her student has recovered and is ready to continue she glides back through the trees, away from the river and into a clearing. One corner of the large rectangular clearing glistens a fabulous pink, an unnamed flower has blossomed here since time can remember. upon being joined by her student she beckons for him to join her by the flower patch, once he reaches her side she speaks once again.
"I discovered this flower patch in my teenage years, I would sit here for hours with the sun over head, singing with the birds. I'd pick one a week without fail and return it to my love... He cherished them so."
The glisten in the girls eyes changes... The ever-present happiness behind them fades slightly, a minuscule shadow forms over the perfect gleam, minuscule, but a shadow none the less.
"The story didn't end too well... But it led to me finding the flowers' secret."
She places her palm on the earth and a flame crackles from the ground beneath the flowers... When it dissipates, the flowers remain standing, a magical pink glow emanates from the petals, the light is almost blinding, yet it is near impossible to look away as ones soul becomes captured within the serene beauty.
"The flowers glow when faced with fire... The purer the flame, the brighter the glow. In other words, the flowers are a perfect test of a ninjas fire style. Once they are faded, go ahead and pick one for me. It should remain glowing as long as you hold it, the fire chakra shouldn't have completely left your system yet."
Waiting for her student to follow her instructions, Belle turns her head away from him for the first time and wipes a single tear from her cheek. When she looks back, her purity has returned, happiness... no. Perfection... restored.

Asuma finishing with the first paper emerges from the river, instantly shivering from the bitter cold that he had experienced when he was in the river. He sees his sensei apologizing to him and she instantly wraps a cold towel around him, and the warmth of it relieves him a bit as he slowly stops shivering.
As he's done, he joins his senpai, as she leads him into a clearing, wherin he sees her keenly looking towards a flower, as his gut tells him that it's a different type of flower, one never seen before. He could clearly ascertain the difference between a normal flower and this one. It had some brilliance in it, one unparelleled.
His senpai's story snaps him out of the thought of the flower as he ever eagerly listens to what she has to tell. The glow in her eyes changes into something different, a sort of a shadow, as she finishes her story.
He keenly listens to the secret behind the glow of the flowers. He notices one particular flower, which slowly stops glowing, as the flame dies. He gently picks it up for his senpai and notices her turning her back toward him, as after wiping her tear, she looks back at him with the same innocence as before, as he begins building up chakra. Once more, he visualizes an image of flames, as he meditates on it's properties. Gradually, the nature of his chakra changes into that of Fire, as he slowly fuels his chakra toward the flower.
Looking with an astonished gaze, he notices the flower glowing brightly. He thinks to himself that these flowers were truly special.
Asuma finishing with the first paper emerges from the river, instantly shivering from the bitter cold that he had experienced when he was in the river. His senpai's story snaps him out of the thought of the flower as he ever eagerly listens to what she has to tell. The glow in her eyes changes into something different, a sort of a shadow, as she finishes her story.
He keenly listens to the secret behind the glow of the flowers. He notices one particular flower, which slowly stops glowing, as the flame dies. He gently picks it up for his senpai and notices her turning her back toward him, as after wiping her tear, she looks back at him with the same innocence as before, as he begins building up chakra. Once more, he visualizes an image of flames, as he meditates on it's properties. Gradually, the nature of his chakra changes into that of Fire, as he slowly fuels his chakra toward the flower.
Looking with an astonished gaze, he notices the flower glowing brightly. He thinks to himself that these flowers were truly special.

Haha! I do appreciate the effort your putting into this btw, that whole last part was completely unnecessary yet you went about replying in the same manner you would any other of my posts. If you see some of my other trainings, students give far less effort than you do and it's nice for me as a senpai to know I have a student like you waiting for me. As she turns to face her student again, Belle sees the look in his eyes, the glisten that sits beyond the brown was the same that sat behind hers the first time she discovered the plant. The undeniable softness from the flower is contagious, touching even the harshest of heart. Belle smiled a different smile to her usual, this was a smile of appreciation, she loved to see this expression on the face of others... Utter satisfaction.
Once the initial breathlessness wears off, Belle calls to the man.
"Beautiful... isn't it? There are some things in life that no one can deny, the grace of that flower is one of them. No matter how hollow the heart, some things are made to be felt. Another one of those things, fire. So, let's get back too it."
She gives a balletic wave off her hand and releases three small balls of fire through the air, dissipating mere inches before they collide with a nearby tree and start a destructive fire.
"Fire is only destructive if you allow it to be, sometimes it is okay to hold back. Focus the fire chakra as you have been doing, this time, release it out of your body with a swing of a limb. Try to control it so that it doesn't quite reach the tree, we're here to learn, not kill."
She stands by the tree she had shot at originally and gestures for him to aim at her, the look on her face is one of complete trust.

I'm very glad. I like to be as detailed as possible. I could actually write wallies, but sometimes, I cut down on stuff when I'm writing. It's pretty fun to be roleplaying in this manner, as I consider it true 'roleplay'. xD
Witnessing the magnificence that had taken place in front of him, Asuma's eyes glow in amazement, as his senpai notices the look in his eyes. Snapping out of it slowly, Asuma looks at his senpai, who as expected looks quite satisfied with him. He feels a wave of confidence seep through him, as he was getting hold of molding and controlling Fire chakra.
He takes out his lighter and a fine cigarette out of his pocket, as he lights it with utmost happiness. Placing the cigarette in his mouth, placing his hands into his pockets, he casually walks towards his senpai. He looks in interest, as she releases 3 balls of fire towards the tree, with ease. He listens with patience, as she explains that Fire could be as destructive, as it could be totally the opposite. He finishes listening to her instructions and casually steps back.
Once more, he moulds up chakra and this time, converts it into Fire natured chakra with utmost ease, as confidence seeps through him. He channels the chakra towards his mouth as he swings his limb. Simultaneously, he releases several balls of fire, but takes special care to control the amount so as they don't hit the tree. The fire balls go toward mid-air as they disappear into puffs of smoke.

( Katon no Jutsu ) - Fire Release Technique
Next is a technique that is relatively similar, but performed slightly differently. Instead of sending your chakra to a limb and swiging, you will inhale, moulding chakra in your throat (as you would do with most fire style techniques) and then release the fire as you exhale, spitting any number (within reason) of small fireballs at your opponent. Bear in mind, the more fireballs you send, the weaker they are.
Perform the technique, and post any questions you have about the one we just done along with it.

Asuma shuts his eyes and builds up chakra in his body. Visualizing an image of a flame, he concentrates on it's properties, as he converts his chakra into superheated Katon chakra. He feels the warmth of the chakra as he builds up enough. He then, takes a deep breath by inhaling and releases fire by exhaling, while performing shape manipulation to form a small fireball, which he spits toward the center of the dummy. He repeats the entire process and sends several small fireballs, again aimed at the center of the dummy. The fireballs travel towards it in succession, as they successfully, burn the dummy.
