Not technically. The Heart only pumps blood into your body, and Byakugou makes cells regenerate. Blood is made out of water and a few other things such as red cells, so Byakugou regenerates those.

However, a kunai to the brain mashes your brain which makes you die instantly and lose control of your chakra, removing Byakugou.

tbh only way Minato can win is with his super OP kunai.. yes I said super op because it can cut through a biiju's body(eight tails)

both Tsunade and Ay can tank rasengan so kunai is the only way to go. Of course, Minato can also mark Tsunade first, and then s/t barrier Ay while tries his super fast attacks and direct them towards tsunade.
