Horror Story how would you survive (No Soul King Alucard)

Your running down a long narrow hall in complete darkness. The sounds of screams are echoing behind you but it's not human you see the halls walls sort of peeling away making it get even blacker with a little glint of light at the end. Something big is definitely behind you for a split second you glance back to see a large compiled mass of bodies with one central hole full of teeth and blood at its center. You reach the end of the hall only to realize the light you saw was the reflection off of a pool of blood under a commando that came looking for you and your friends earlier. You reach the door behind the body but its locked.... What is your next plan of action?

I think I'd attempt to kick the door open before it closed in on me...also take into consideration there is a dead commando next to you which means some form of weapon must be present (a grenade,rifle or knife ect) not like it would matter much though that would probably be quite the agonizing death :devil:

A Horror Story Pt.2 (No Soul King Alucard)

You are the last person on earth after a series of floods,disease outbreaks and military onslaughts. Sitting in your chair reading a novel by the title of "The lost continent of Mu" by the fireplace on this cold night you hear a knock at your door. Fearful you automatically stand to your feet almost paralyzed with fear from the knowledge that the world has gone silent long ago.... You only have a pistol with 5 rounds and the knocking is getting more intense as you go to open the door you smell the faint smell of rotting flesh and bone. You turn to peer out the window and see that a storm is brewing but this is not an ordinary storm there is a thick red liquid pouring from the clouds. A flash of light illuminated the streets below and for a split second you catch a glimpse of what seems to be people walking through them. You turn back toward the door and notice maggots and blood are sliding under the door then a enormous rattle like a great blade swinging hits the door and it splinters. Once more the rattle happens and the door shatters inward and you see a large bulky dead man with a great sword has broken down your one place of refuge......What do you do next?
