Not his thoughts, it's only if he imagines it which probably wouldn't since no one in NV is savage enough to mentally push him like zaraki did. Genjustu itself is useless as well, since germmy can just imagine knowing what that is and eventually imagine the genjustu didn't exist, having said that, genjutsu doesn't make you imagine stuff, it only sifts your reality which germmy can easily manipulate
