I hope it is only 10 chapters because Gaiden has just been Sarada and her avoidable mommy-daddy problems and trash villains. How does our villain basically get screwed over so early in the game.... I mean it was interesting in chapter 1 but now it's beyond annoying. I don't know why Kishimoto decided to make the SS family to look pathetic because you mean to tell me Sasuke who met up with Naruto in just a few minutes can't stop and be there for his own daughter? Like what top secret bullsh-t mission are you on? Not even a letter.... They even have phones but he doesn't even call....?

This should've just been about all the Gen Kids and the villain could have been introduced on the side or whatever he was planning cause this mini-series was just ... not good. I love Kishimoto's work and try my best not to judge it ina way where I completely dont like it but... Gaiden is trash.

Boruto Movie ready anyone? Even though SP already f-cked up on the animation...

I'd say I was ready for it to end not too long after Obito's defeat. Kaguya was too much and I wanted to see Madara get kicked in the rear & loose the loins he never used.

Sasuke mission was made clear some chapters ago but yeah I agree Gaiden is a big pile of trash now. SS is the worst pairing ever which is why this Gaiden is shitty with all the family drama.

I swear over half of you are ungrateful people, at least you got a mini series at all, if it weren't for this, people would still be bickering about nonsense before boruto came out, mini series raised question, it got the base riled up, and more fun to read, everyone wanted another manga and now that you get one all you can do is complain? No matter how "bad" this series was, it still got Naruto fans excited even more so for the movie, it was a fun read for me and I appreciate that I got a mini series to begin with but no, only a few Naruto fans are grateful and the rest are ungrateful pricks, kishimoto deserves a better fan base....

Meh....just because we get it for free doesn't mean we have to like regardless of quality.

Personally I am indifferent about Gaiden. My only gripe is that the Uchiha are the villains....AGAIN! Would have been nice to see some different enemy. Hell even give Orochimaru a power up and finish it off with him would have been better in my opinion. But writer's prerogative I suppose.

Gaiden has been disappointing mainly due to the family drama component, but I think it's Kishi's way of giving SS shippers something since NH got its own movie.
