The bijuu gave him there power on their own free will an Hogo made it official making Naruto Rikudou. If Naruto is what Hogoromo use to be with all the bijuu in him...then i don't see how anyone can say Naruto lost Rikudou mode if the bijuu are still available to him at anytime.
