[Theory] Hooded Man's sight

This is by no means a Shisui thread, or any kind of thread trying to prove who the hooded man is. I just have a simple theory of how the hooded man's sight works.

So as we know by now, the Sharingan can see the same thing if they're separated, but have the same origin.

And we also know that the Hooded man has a sharingan, but only one of them. What about his other eye?

What if the Hooded man has his left sharingan in this mini Juubi, so he can see things, without leaving his hideout, while the mini Juubi leaves for him? This theory is backed up by how the Hooded Man somehow knows that Sarada has glasses, and that she's on the move.

What about Shin saying that he sees it too? Triple linked sharingan?

My guess was that, assuming Shin is some kind of experiment, Shin's eyes are 'fakes'. That is to say, they were grown in a lab from cells of the hooded guy's Sharingan.

That's what came to my mind first to explain why they both share vision with Mini Juubi.
