What a comical assertion. Are you aware that Minato's creation of the Rasengan has mechanics which are in and of themselves replicated from a Bijū bomb? That is far from original.
Itachi created the Amaterasu Dōjutsu trigger; the like of which has never been seen in the Narutoverse, and in addition is something which was praised by even Mangekyō Sharingan Tobi. Furthermore, he created various Genjutsu, along with experimenting with his own Fūinjutsu and advancing Tsukuyomi to a level that has never been witnessed either, namely the removal of all limits and capacities and being able to alter space and time itself in this world much like that of a God. In fact, he is the only user of the Bunshin Bakuha technique; something presumably he also created himself. And what of Namikaze...?
The entirety of Minato's arsenal was copied. Literally. Presumably all of his sealing techniques stem from the Uzumaki and even the famed Reaper Death God technique which Minato was wanked and praised shamelessly and relentlessly for was stripped off him to degrade him to an even shittier level than he presently is. Please do not spout such nonsense in my presence: "Itachi is not original," being original was never something he was supposed to specialize in, yet he still effortlessly poops on ya boy Minato.
