How the hell did this guy die? He didn't die of old age apparently since he didn't know about Tobirama's term as hokage and that he created military police and they're roughly the same age.

also considering that Hashirama supposedly regenerates instantly from wounds, on a much greater scale than Tsunade's forbidden tech....it all concludes that he was killed somehow.

After reading the latest chapter and showing a true testament to his strength......how in the flipping world did someone kill him?

My only guess is that Madara somehow assassinated him while everyone thought he was dead....idk

yes maybe madara was up to something later and hashi knew it he probably sacroficed himself for something big either that or he realized he was the cause of madara and decided to do something about it like not kill himself but idk somthing like that

self-sacrifice is a final option....no one really goes into battle thinking that today's the day; they'll first try to do all in their power to save everyone including themselves.

And judging from his strength he can take on more than 10 thousand shinobi and survive(the third raikage did it and he is no where near his level)

also the fact that again he regenerates instantly.
